Working Life

Due to the laziness of myself, here come a blog with some updates about the working life of mine.

Basically, the job scope is something like this--> If our customers have some complaints, Service Exec need to follow up, go and inspect and then back with some photos and reports. And, normally, SE will do reports, either monthly or yearly reports. Sometime, SE also need to do inspection, to spot out what the customers wrong behaviour, such as: not seal the gap, leaving food debris on floor, provide warm surrounding for pests to survive. So, normally, if there is complaint, then SE need to go out with technician or Service Manager to follow up; if there is nothing wrong, then SE can sit in the office, enjoy the beautiful created machine--> Air cond!

Well, this job is quite a tough job when comes to inspection and identification of pests; on the other hand, the job quite easy because what you do is only reporting, follow up and reporting..

Some background for the employees in Penang branch: 4 admins, 2 sales, 1 SE, 1 Service Manager, 1 Service Supervisor, and nearly 20 technicians, oh yeah, almost forgotten, there are 2 big big boss here, as well, the Branch Manager and the Area Manager. And, now, we have 2 SE here, because the other SE need to "train" me to do the job.

Actually, this post is not a good post. Why? Because the chance of promotion is almost none! There are too many pros above me! Look at the bright side is: At least I'm not jobless. XD

Time flies when come to working life. Here comes the weekend, the working class favourite! Let's enjoy the time. Good night and the stupid hot weather drives me mad!
